Exhibitor Booth Size and Price
Standard exhibitor booths are sized 10’ x 10’ (fully piped and draped) and are being offered by the Learning Annex at a price of $4,995. This price includes company listing (20 words) in The Learning Annex Real Estate Wealth Expo Source Book, company listing as an exhibitor on The Learning Annex's website, and twenty (20) 2-day exhibit floor passes.
Premium exhibitor booths are sized 10’ x 20’ (fully piped and draped) and are being offered by the Learning Annex at a price of $9,995. This price includes company logo and listing (20 words) in The Learning Annex Real Estate Wealth Expo Source Book, company listing as an exhibitor on The Learning Annex's website, Showguide 1/4 page advertisement, and fifty (50) 2-day exhibit floor passes.
Multiple standard or premium booths can be purchased if you desire a larger display. Simply enter a quantity greater than one on the Exhibitor Registration Form. Exhibitors may not share booths unless otherwise approved by the Learning Annex. Additional fees will apply for carpeting, electricity, internet connections, storage at venue, and similar services. Literature bins, aisle signs, classrooms signs, and business tips are also available for an additional fee.

The Exhibitor Registration Form for New York, Chicago, San Francisco, and Los Angeles can be obtained by clicking 'Exhibitor Registration’ portable document file (PDF) on the left. If you experience difficulty downloading this file, please contact me. I will also fax, mail, or email these forms to you upon request.

Exhibitor Booth Selection
Exhibitor booths are chosen on a first come, first served basis, so act promptly to ensure your company gets a prime location. Exhibitors will be given the opportunity to select their booth location based on the date their full payment is received.
Exhibitor Booth Set-Up and Break-Down
Exhibitor booths will be set up the Friday before the Real Estate Wealth Expo and broken down on Sunday following the event. Booth displays and other items may be picked up from the freight docks on the Monday following the Real Estate Wealth Expo. Exhibiting companies will receive two (2) passes allowing representatives to enter the exhibit hall early on Saturday morning to complete set-up of their booths.
